Be a citizen of Botswana, holding a valid Identity card. b. Be a resident of the Tribal Area in respect of which s/he seeks appointments to. c. Not be actively involved in party politics. d. Be in good physical condition. 4. Competencies Candidates who possess competencies such as: Communication skills, analytical skill, focus on delivery, Team work, integrity, Leadership skills, etc, will have an added advantage. 5. Allowance: P65, 545.00 or P84, 432.00 per annum. 6.
