Reminder of 2013s Sinai Sun Academy Summer Arabic Immersion Camp! We missed last summer because of my pregnancy and delivery that was smack in the middle of summer ;) Now I want to get you in the mood for next summer! Parents in Bay Area and US in general...if you are interested we are going to do a ten day Arabic immersion camp with adventures and journeys all set in Arabic! Please share this post as much as you can. If you are interested please inbox me what weeks suit you as we are setting this up now, and let me know if you are not in the Bay Area, if you would be interested in coming in if affordable accommodations are provided for the whole family. We will include family Arabic activities and nightly outings and maybe even turn this into a tradition where all Arabic speaking parents meet in the Bay Area for camp every year. Watch this video for inspiration...kids had the best time on all Arabic field trips with key vocabulary on each trip delivered to them in both written and spoken format...one of the scheduled days youll see in the video was set so that they learned how to purchase food reading both key words and prices in Arabic, and following an all Arabic recipe, made a complete meal with their purchases...we have loads of awesome ideas for an awesome and fun learning experience.
