Renter moved in 2 months ago, carpet was a light color and very clean, the little cook stove was spotless. I went to the door to ask for their rent which was five weeks past due and took a peak in the door, keep in mind is clean compared what it looked like that day. Heres the bad thing, they had their two small children in diapers playing in this nasty floor. We went into this house today and they actually have dirt and scum tracts out on to the porch from the house. If you would like reference on these people. I dont want to see anyone else have this happen to them. Oh, the wife is a cook in a local restaurant. We had to wipe our boots off in the grass after we came out of the house, we had to laugh. DHS came today, she was upset when she left and was hot on these peoples trail. I wouldnt let my dog Oakley walk through this mess, I told him to set in the truck and wait.
