Rep Steven Miller Statehouse Boise, Idaho 83720 Subject: Please End Idaho’s Health Insurance Exchange Dear Rep. Miller, Although the Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of ObamaCares individual mandate on June 28, 2012, it is clear that from an original intent perspective that virtually all of the vast ObamaCare law is unconstitutional. During the past couple years at least 13 states have introduced state ObamaCare nullification bills. As of March 13, 2013, the Oklahoma House passed HB 1021, a bill that would nullify the entire ObamaCare law within the state of Oklahoma, by a vote of 72-20. Please work to repeal Idaho’s Health Insurance Exchange and support an ObamaCare nullification bill similar to Oklahomas in our state legislature this session. The time , money and resources the state is spending on the Exchange could be used to Improve education through local control, higher efficiency and proven educational methods and curriculum. I understand that passage of an ObamaCare nullification bill would be an uphill fight; however, on the other hand, leaving the ObamaCare law in effect will lead to the destruction of our healthcare system and our freedom. For these reasons, I urge you to work to end Idaho’s Health Insurance Exchange and Nullify ObamaCare! I would be interested in receiving your views on Nullification. Sincerely,
