Replacement (repost from K.Rico) Acts 1: 20... May another take his place of leadership. Leadership is one of the callings we have in ministry. Leadership is serving God with the strength and skills that He has provide. Ministry will never be empty of leadership talent. There are many potential leaders but everybody must go through the process- being selected and appointed by authority. One principle that everybody must know leaders recognize leaders. If for one occasion that you were not pick to lead, it is maybe that you have not exerted enough effort to be recognized and gain the respect of other leaders. A hurried leader is self-appointed leader. Look for the responsibility rather than the recognition. Look for the personal conviction rather than the power of authority. Have a beautiful day!
