Rosales Avenue, Butuan City January 9, 2015 TRAFFIC ADVISORY DPWH Regional Office XIII, would like to appeal to the motoring public to please bear with us because at 10 P.M. tonight, January 9, 2014, Mahayahay Section, Sibagat, Agusan del Sur will be temporarily closed to traffic for approximately three (3) hours to repair the damaged brought by Tropical Storm Seniang. Fast restoration works will be hampered if the traffic will not be closed as the continued downpour of rains has placed the area in great danger of complete cut-off if not immediately remedied. The alternate route Butuan-Las Nieves-Esperanza-Bayugan Road is still flooded at .60 meters deep, passable with caution only to big vehicles. It is advised to defer all travels to Agusan del Sur and Davao areas within the time scheduled. Thank you very much. DANILO E.
