Researchers at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine have found that persons with lower blood levels of vitamin D were twice as likely to die prematurely as people with higher blood levels of vitamin D. The finding, published in the June 12 issue of American Journal of Public Health. I was at a recent training with my consultant work and one of the comments was the biggest bang for your buck you can get with any supplement is Vitamin D.
