Training Officer National Capital Reg - Pasay City Responsibilities: Assists the immediate supervisor/manager in conceptualizing training programs. Prepares all necessary logistics for training programs. Assists the immediate manager in tracking progress of trainees. Track; maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of participants (i.e. compliance, attendance). Conducts Training Needs Analysis to identify issues that need addressing. Acts as a point of contact to handle queries and other discrepancies. Develops informational briefs on program concerns and other research synthesis documents. Assists in facilitating review and update of the company policies and procedures. Prepares necessary documents (i.e. concept paper, request forms, P&Ps) for implementation of assigned projects. Tracks status of implemented projects and prepare report/presentation (i.e. guest comment cards etc.). Provides general administrative support. Oversees the systematic filing of department documents. Performs other duties as assigned by immediate manager. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. Must have 5 Yrs experience specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Excellent communication skills Team player, good analytical and problem solving skills ; excellent customer orientation Adaptive to changing work schedule and working hours Working knowledge in the Hospitality industry is an advantage Proficiency with common business applications such as MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
