Respect? What are you all talking about? If only everybody knew the Bible personally and not trust someone else to translate it for them. If you want to know about the Mother Mary idol, heres a passage of scripture that describes her: JEREMIAH chapter 7 verses 18-20 18 The children gather wood, and the fathers kindle the fire, & the women knead their dough to make cakes to the Queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto other gods, that they may provoke me to anger. 19 Do they provoke me to anger, saith the Lord? Do they not provoke themselves to the confusion of their own faces? 20 Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, mine anger and my fury shall be poured out upon this place, upon man & upon beast, and upon the trees of the field, and upon the fruit of the ground, and it shall burn, and shall not be quenched. Oh, this was written by a prophet thousands of years ago. So... if youre still wondering why God hates us as a people right now... well, this is one of the reasons. And, by the way, each minister has every right to preach his own way to his congregation. If he wants to break a piece of rock during his sermons, its really none of anybody elses business. Its his method delivering the message. If God will punish him or bless him for it, its still none of anybody elses business.
