Respecting the local civil rules of federal procedure, It is frowned upon by the Court, to ignore the effort to resolve issues and only present what is arguably the rub? I cannot emphasize this enough to anyone who has a viable cause of action..? the rules have changed considerably to weed out frivolous actions from taking away from relevant filings from the masses. It has been my experience dealing with adversarial parties - routinely being represented by BAR atoorneys acting in the capacity of General Counsel,...to be dissed, and then told.(very bold statement) ...to have my attorney call them? Well, this pretty much is an invitation to handle them myself. I do not take that as a respectful exclamation or request? I have always worked with RAW DATA...and these folks could package and sell murder,...and do it in the name of their secret sideline business of selling tissue to needy patients! I know this so well, that I will end this entry/post with this....Gerry Spence wife attended a trial he was involved with...and stated to him afterwards, If you ever do that to a person again, I will leave you! she had just witnessed him represent a party against a quadriplegic man in a wheelchair/ To be honest, I am VERY HAPPILY SINGLE,...and I will have no problem putting anyone away , regardless of how they roll? Now I am VERY CRISP with my way of writing these motions/responses...or other strategic maneuvers that are not so complex,...but yet, arent even considered by the franchised mouthpieces! ....and it has been my own personal policy, to contact you direct if I am able, however, the criminals who robbed me...are at present being overseen by a law enforcement branch agency - whos Chief Officer, I believe knows what these people have undertaken, but will do nothing about until I move towards the Courts ...the bad thing is,...if I am actually prepared to go into court...there is really little chance that I will retreat, because....I absolutely will have documented that I have made every conceivable effort to resolve...any Issue I table! It is my full intent to personally litigate the claims I present,...and Im trimming it down to a lean & cut ...well articulated...dead bang winner! My ring man is in FBOP/Terre Haute doing a 5 life RED CARD SENTENCE....for the contract hit on Judge Vincent & wife, Margaret Sherry...of Biloxi Mississippi .....? JR made his mesmerizing hand signals and exclaimed...just say the magic words...SULLY! .....dissing JR has been known to be FATAL! I just dont think anyone does me any good unless they are breathing? the alternative just doesnt give me a clear conscience....? Its always been the chase..to this KID? do yourself! ...I just catch you untouchables.........On Bettys Order!
