Response to A Purported MDG Letter Being Circulated Our attention has been drawn to a purported MDG Proposal Letter being circulated on the social media and on the streets with the intent to malign and accuse the Honorable Member of being lopsided on the provisions of constituency projects. Whereas, there was a proposal dated November 21, 2012 with the said projects and locations, the actual implementation of the said projects were contrary to the said proposals. It is a standard operating procedures for all legislators to submit a proposal request but divert the projects to where its necessary needed. In our proposal, we have requested for four blocks of classes to be constructed at the following places: Jenta Mangoro Anguwan Rogo Miango Pengana District. The actual implementation took place at the following locations: Anguwan Rimi Rikkos Mista Ali and Jos Jarawa. As for the electric transformers; One was installed at Ali Kazaure, Tudun Wada, Miango and the other one is going to be installed at Filin Sukuwa. As for the boreholes in the proposal, one was constructed at Yan Kaji, Rikkos, Baba Anya St, Mile 7, and Mallam Yahaya St in Jengre, Mista Ali, Zabolo, Rafin Pa and two other boreholes are pending. It is pertinent to note that in the process of sensationalism to tarnish and ruin the image of Hon Kwande, the culprit that illegally obtained the proposal did not corroborate the facts. He was on a fishing expedition to ruin the career of a performing member. In fairness to Hon Kwande, he has performed beyond expectation in delivering the divided of democracy to our communities.
