Responsibilities Provide daily secretarial and human resource support service for the whole organization Develop job description and specification to ensure work balance within each department in cooperation with department manager Perform recruitment & selection process and activities HR Policy formulation and implementation Conduct staff training and development Prepare HR planning and budgeting Work close with department managers regarding staff issues such as promotion, demotion, transfer, termination, grievance procedure, work flow, absenteeism and conflict solution Keep update and implement effectively with the company’s administrative and HR policy Requirements At least Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Management or related fields At least 5 year experience in Human Resource Management level or related fields; experience of HR supervisory or management in construction/service company is advantage Disciplined self-starter, creative thinking, good personality and communication Good understanding of Cambodia labour law Knowledge of MS Office and can communicate in English both speaking and writing How to apply Interested applicants should submit CV with 4 x 6 photo and cover letter using the address below no later than 5.00 PM February 15, 2014.
