Team Leaders: Provide Restaurant Leadership by being the best example and give support to the Training Managers and Area Managers by monitoring the restaurant and assisting with cost controls and ensuring overall guest satisfaction through adherence to all Company standards. Experience /Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, will preferably have a minimum of six months prior supervisory or lead employee experience in either a full service or quick service restaurant environment and be Serv-Safe trained or Accredited Food Safety certified (once hired candidate will need to successfully complete our 5 Star Front of House and Back of House Training) • Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable transportation for banking and possible product transport • Demonstrate good English verbal and written communication skills and basic reading and math skills • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills related to team members and guest service • Able to work unsupervised and demonstrate sound reasoning in decision making • General knowledge of companys policies and procedures At Carrows and Cocos Bakery Restaurants, we pride ourselves on having a competitive salary and bonus plan, which take into consideration experience and prior achievements and then rewards performance.
