Resting By Cheryl Davidson — Aug 19, 2014 11:40am Arrived ok in Phoenix around 3 am. Been poked and prodded, imaging up the wazoo since I got here. Docs to consult soon I guess, right now Im just focusing on trying to rest and get through the pain. My back and ribs to an extent are quite sore whenever I wake. The life flight was a total trip, and the crew was awesome, cracking jokes - just my speed. The team here at Barrow is clearly professional and not wasting any time. All of the medical staff at St. Lukes in Boise was amazing as well. Im very grateful for hilarious and irreverent MRI techs, floating nurses, nurses aides, midwives who are like instant friends, and big time MDs who come to BS with me in the middle of their workout before Im whisked away out of state for treatment. -Cheryl
