Restore relations between main opposition camp and currently power is main problem. It includes: national policy, territorial integrity, national interests, united front, common will and others topics in political plane. The defenders of opposition claim that first step should be taken by power then by other side. Because of authorities possess administrative resources, juridical persons and political initiatives. At the same time all noted main factors should be protected their legal essence. In practice we observed general –political view like imitation. Strictly speaking authorities maneuver around only their interests. At any time opposition leaders are ready for make relations for the sake of national interests. Authorities “called” opponents to establish good terms. Is it possible? It is possible, if authorities get their forces from nation. Unfortunately we could not observe this justice in practice in Azerbaijan
