Restored faith in humanity.. so, just wanted to share... last night I took a friend to Steak n Shake for a bite to eat. they were extremely busy & short handed. So the waitress comes over to take our order she says sorry for the wait - your drinks are on us (the store). Nice.. OK - so later we finally get our meal & our waitress tells me well the shakes are on us and your meal was paid for by the couple that was sitting near us. when I asked why, she said they like to commit Random Acts of Kindness:!! :-) If youre out there Thank You your RAOK was worth so much more than the few $$ spent. I am always trying to help folks in need & it really felt good to have Karma right there with us last night. Paying it forward folks really does give one a sense of Love - Feeling Good, in such a way it is hard to describe - I think everyone has probably got a good reason to do the same - so I ask if you can afford to do the same - TRY IT!! Remember, the season is for giving not receiving - if we all try to do these RAOK all year round, imagine how much nicer things would be.... Im just sayin :-)
