Restoring the Peace of Jesus Christ in your Lives By Daniel Robert Evans John 16:32-33 (KJV) 32 Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me. 33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. We clearly see that the Lord knew this fallen world is going to get worse and worse as Bible prophecy unfolds. Jesus never told us to panic and freak out when we see these things unfolding, he told us to be of Good Cheer because he has over come this world and the powers that enslave it through the flesh, sin and Satan. Although we should indeed expose the works of darkness, we need to keep our MAIN focus on Jesus Christ the Son of God and the Beautiful Kingdom of God which is in Power, Love,Truth, Salvation and the PEACE of God. Philippians 4:7 (KJV) 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. When we take our focus off of the Biblical truth and its main message in preaching towards the Salvation of the lost and to the continual building up of the saints we start to loss focus of the real reason we were called, chosen, predestined, redeemed and sanctified by the Blood of Jesus Christ. This one small mistake in spending all our time in screaming to the saved and unsaved world about those who are partakers in the Luciferian system will send us off course thus allowing the worries of this world and the Devil to STEAL the very present Joy, Love and Peace that only the Spirit of God can bring into our lives.. John 10:10 (KJV) 10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. Also 1 Peter 5:8 (KJV) 8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: I too for many months did all I could to expose the works of Darkness and all I did was become unsettled, dispared, angry and depressed in my Spirit and angry at God Himself which effected my whole being and my relationship with him. I allowed the world and Devil to STEAL the life and PEACE which is in Christ Jesus away from me. When all we are focused on each and every day is the present darkness and workings of the children of Wrath and Disobedience we will began to lose the surpassing Peace which is of Christ Jesus. We know that what we spend our time invested into looking at will indeed have an effect into our souls and therefore effect the whole body. Matthew 6:22-23 (KJV) 22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. 23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness! Also Philippians 4:8 (KJV) 8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. When I stopped focusing more about the things that are and will take place shortly and turned my focus back on preaching the glorious message of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ who is the Light of the World, I had an abundance of inner Peace and Life swelling up inside me once more. As believers in Jesus Christ we are told to work towards the Great Commission in preaching the gospel of Good News to the lost and in edifing, building up, loving and equipping the saints of our Lord towards fulling his Love towards ALL. God takes us out of the world and fixes us up to put us back into the world to see the unsaved people SAVED Period. Although we do need to expose the works of darkness to one another so we will not be caught off guard, this is to NEVER be a believers main focus 100% of the time unless this is the specific calling given to a few chosen peoples ministries and even these people MUST spend much time in prayer and the Light of the Word lest they become depressed. Jesus Christ died to SAVE the lost and we must also center our lives around the Preaching of the Gospel also and strive always to enter into the Peace of Jesus Christ by filling your minds with Light more then darkness. It will indeed make a huge difference in your outlook towards the current condition of the world and with the Holy Spirit. May the Peace of God be with us all and surpass all understanding. John 14:27 (KJV) 27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
