Results for the RRR5K are posted! The performance of our runners are proof that a strength and conditioning GPP (general preparedness program) such as CrossFit creates well rounded athletes. Our athletes most likely run far less for conditioning than many of the runners in the race. Not to mention our CrossFit athletes can also squat, press, push, lift, throw and sprint very well too! Later in the day another runner came up to our booth to try the 1 minute row sprint challenge we had. After she finished she said whoa, that one minute row was harder than my 5k!. Routine is the enemy, your fitness program should specialize in not specializing. You are only as strong as your weakest link. underthesunevents.org/results-2014/
