Retail Sales Executive Location: UAE Job Description: •Achieving sales target of the shop & brands •Understanding customer needs & recommending suitable product/brand •Selling product to customers as per customer needs •Up selling/ Cross selling, where necessary •Maintaining customer relationships in order to build long term brand loyalty •Handling new launches, promotion of products & visual merchandising •Receiving payments, issuing receipts & handling cash •Generating Daily Sales Report •Maintaining general cleanliness, hygiene standards & visual displays •Adhering to Standard Operating procedures •Participating in Shop Inventory & ordering stocks Desired Profile: •Preferably a Graduate or a Diploma in sales or related courses •2-3 years experience preferably in retail, hospitality, airline or other service industry •Thorough knowledge of feature & benefits of products & brands in the store •Understanding of competing brands & prices •Well aware of internal procedures, processes & systems •Good selling skills •Excellent communication (including spoken & written English) •Good personality & immaculately groomed •Basic numerical ability & IT skills
