Job description: •Develop, seek approval and implement recruiting strategies that most effectively facilitate candidate pipeline development across divisions and business units to ensure timely fulfillment of talent requirements BGC •Lead and manage the day-to-day recruitment activities within the HR Department to ensure standards are followed •Be responsible for the full recruiting and hiring process including sourcing, interviewing, selecting qualified candidates meeting the position requirements •Ensure compliance to approved policies & procedures by the team and support the achievement of quality standards across the organization •Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs Required experience 1.Bachelor’s degree 2.Master’s degree in Human Resource Management/Organization Psychology preferred 3.Any other Human Resource Certification (SHRM/CIPD) 4.Proficient in conducting structured interviews 5.5 years’ experience with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role in recruitment in a major public sector or private-sector organization in the region 6.Experience of managing relationships with Recruitment agencies / other public-sector representatives in the region 7.In-depth knowledge of KSA labor regulations 8.Good Knowledge in i-Rec Module (Oracle) Benefits and compensation: Basic: 15000 SAR Compensation: •Housing Allowance •Transportation Allowance •Education Allowance •Ticket Allowance •Medical Insurance If you interested in this job, please apply via the link: ow.ly/B1DbM or send your resume to the email address: info@retaj-tech
