Retirement Home Needed for Frank, HALs Mascot! For those of you that have been to our shelter, youve probably been greeted by Frank. This seven year old Border Collie loves to herd and that is why we are looking for a happy, warm and cozy farm where he can live out his life in comfort. Although he will be greatly missed, we are concerned with his quality of life spending most of his time on either gravel or pavement which is causing him discomfort in his later years. Frank loves to herd and takes his job very seriously. He is very loyal and thrives with routine. He even gently nips/herds the heels of our large, white house-cat, Bill. This wonderful boy will need a patient owner as a new home will be a huge transition for him. Please stop by the shelter and talk with our staff about adopting Frank. He really is a sweet boy.
