Returning Filipino peacekeepers from Ebola-hit Liberia will be allowed to see their loved ones but would be kept at least 15 meters apart while they are being quarantined for 21 days in Caballo Island, according to Armed Forces of the Philippines chief Gen. Gregorio Catapang, noting that to compensate for this “no touch” policy, expanded cellular and WiFi coverage has been set up in the island.
