J Consortium in association with the Yaa Asantawaa Arts “Pride of The Motherland ……FREEDOM” In celebration of our African and Caribbean roots and culture in all shades of black, through Arts, Music, Dance and Fashions. Reuben P. Joseph and R.P.J Consortium in association in collaboration with the Yaa Asantawwa Arts presents, “Pride of the Motherland…….FREEDOM.” This historic event will highlight our proud and exciting heritage on the 5th, 6th and 7th July 2013 at the Yaa Asantawaa Arts 1 Chippenham Mews London W9 2AN. Part proceeds of this event will be for Black Gay Men Initiative UK campaign, “Breaking the Silence” and Cancer Black Care. Twenty one reputable black Designers in all aspect of Fashions from casual to couture, bags and accessories will take centre stage in spectacular theatrical fashion shows. In addition to catwalk runway shows there will be an Art, Photography, Author, Sculpture and Carnival Costumes Gallery located among the vibrant action.
