The committee is pleased to announce the creation of the Angel Fund. Many, many people have expressed interest in sponsoring a fellow classmate/teacher anonymously. Anthem, AZ 85086 jkriegh@gmail The dollar amount in the fund here should be in the hundreds, so dont avoid the Saturday night dinner because of cost. Let myself or another committee member know you could use some help and well see whats available. Also, the Challenge Grant is still on the table. Ill match whatever is in the Angel Fund up to $1,000 once all the tickets are sold....So, get those registrations in! Any extra funds will be used to offset DJ, decorating and other costs not associated directly with the Arrowhead Country Club, or carried over to the 35th reunion. Since the Saturday night dinner commit is for 100 persons, ticket registrations are sure to run out. So, please get yours in now! Also, if you are or have a candidate for sponsorship, please contact me discreetly at the email address above. What you can do to help: 1. Get in your own registration fees in to reserve your spot 2. Reach out to classmates you know with a personal touch and invitation to the reunion. We will be parsing out those that still need to be reached this week and updating Angies List. ;-) When posted, please amend the online document with whom youre able to contact, and then well divide up the rest among committee members. The relationships weve had with former classmates are more compelling than an email invitation from a committee member that one hardly knew. So, make those personal connections and get them in! Each one reach one? 3. Nick and I could use a little help on Saturday night setup, so volunteers welcome then too. 4.*If* you are going to sponsor a teacher (not the Angel Fund), please secure that registration now. In other words, make sure to pay the registration fee now even if the teacher may end up paying the fee to you later. Any special guests should already have registrations paid. See you there!
