Reviews have been spotty for the premier of The Last Ship, but Grace and I give it 10+! You would think in this day and age people would understand totally mindless high-action television, but it sure seems people are trying to hold this (fantastic) series to some kind of higher standard... demanding solid plots, scientific accuracy, and even (good lord) good acting! WTF!? This is great television. We watched the pilot twice in one sitting. Have a beer and give reality a rest. The pilot episodes had (seriously) some of the best action sequences we have seen *EVER* (and we are mindless action sequence junkies). OK, youre entitled to your opinion, and if you think it sucks, fine. But consider that we were right about Starship Troopers! And everybody doubted us! We were right? Right? We were, werent we? *sigh*
