Revisiting a questions: What are foods that can be eaten anytime if your goal is fatloss? Well, your body is primed to absorb and use energy during the earlier part of the day. The earlier part of the day is arguably the best time to provide nourishment. Remember eat breakfast like a king. However, if you will still be active during the latter part of the day into the night then you will still need energy. Carbs provide energy and your body needs it to function properly. Carbs like brown rice, oatmeal, brown pasta, wheat bread, sweet potatoes, baked potatoes are really good...greens, and beans. A food high in carbs will also have protein and vice versa. On low carb days you still need carbs but you will be eating a high protein diet (fish, eggs, chicken, turkey) etc. You should always use good judgment and eat according to your own personal goal.
