Rick Barton was invited to the “Judicial Independence as a Foundation for Justice and Peace,” co-sponsored by the International Association of Judicial Independence, the Russian Academy of Justice, Moscow State Law Academy, the University of Cambridge Centre for Public Law, ART DE LEX Law Firm and Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Law. Participants included lawyers, law faculty and Judges from 10 different countries.
