It was considered bullying because he was attempting to force a woman to step down as district attorney after a DUI. These are legitimate functions of his office, and while some may disagree with his choice, it certainly isnt worth two felony indictments. Thats just an attempt to throw negative at him in the spotlight in consideration of his potential presidential run. Perry was acting on behalf of the residents of Travis County.
