Ridiculous. I understand the restaurants problems too though. A restaurant owner (on condition of anonymity) told me that the BMC harass him every week saying gas connections are illegal where his restaurant is and they collect a ... fee . This area is home to around ten restaurants and is a popular eating lane. And this stupid rule exists. To promote corruption. Only real losers? Us, as customers.
