Ridiculous them horses in low Simon on land that does not belong to them, in mud up to there knees and bobwire rapped about there legs, been like that for a while I am glad something is actually getting done about it! They ovb can not offerd to pay field rent or livery, there would not like to get treat like there have treat the horses, gives people who look after there horses a very bad name!! Whats the world coming to....!!
