Riding SunRail from Altamonte Springs to Sand Lake Road for the - TopicsExpress

Riding SunRail from Altamonte Springs to Sand Lake Road for the first time today introduced me to William from Lake Mary, Craig from DeBary, and Ramon from Kissimmee. The humbling moment for me was on the bus ride from the train station. I got on the bus and did not have the exact money for the fair. I went to the back of the bus asking if anyone had change. Finally, a lady gave me $2 for my bus ticket. She said she is paying it forward. I wanted to cry because of her selfless generosity. I came back and sat in front of her. I went to give her a $10 bill and she said, No thats ok, I have money. You have a blessed day. I said, Thank you, but Id like to pay it forward too, here, please take the $10. She said thank you and that she would give it to her 13 year old son. She was a single mom. Her name was Robin. Giving gives life meaning! If youre just living for yourself then life is real lonely. I enjoyed the new community I was introduced to today on the train and bus. By the way, the train ride was tremendous, up to 60 miles per hour, great views, and I look forward to it again. I just need to work on the logistics to commute from the train station to the office. Dave Nowak picked me up at the bus stop near the Florida Mall. Cheryl Pavuk drove me back to the train station on her way home.
