Right; Im not going to doing the ice bucket challenge. Instead I will post some video footage as soon as I get a copy, of me meditating in an ice cold river which I took about a week ago while doing filming and preparation for Xing Yi Academy. Xing Yi Academy is a new venture im developing based around the Chinese Tradition and Martial Art of Xing Yi Quan, it is still in development but we are working hard to get it ready and online. Xing Yi Academy will be sponsoring the adoption of a Tiger with the World Wildlife Fund by making a monthly donation of £3 https://support.wwf.org.uk/adopt-a-tiger. In lieu of the ice bucket I have donated £15 to Wateraid https://wateraid.org, enough to buy tools for a community to build a well and give them clean water. I have donated another £10 to the Uk Mastocytosis support group ukmasto.org/ukmasto-fundraising.php#sthash.FhArDEa8.dpbs in memory of my nan Patricia Llewellyn and another £10 to Macmillian Cancer Support macmillan.org.uk/ in memory of my Grandads, Jack Llewellyn and George Andrews and Great Grandad Wires all of whom are very sadly missed and thought about often.
