Right! Weekend is over and I am still buzzing (it will take a while till I digest everything... Literally everything ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿฃ๐Ÿž๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿช๐Ÿซ) In two years and three competitions this is the first time that I ATE EVERYTHING I WANTED after a show, and I mean it! If you think in one thing I have eaten multiply this then ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฃ๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿช๐Ÿž.... I really needed to do this... I see girls complaining about bingeing after competition but for me it was always the opposite way... I didnt want to eat enough to replenish my body. Nope I am not saying that bingeing is good.. It isnt at all, but to get paranoid about putting some weight after competition is also NOT GOOD! Yes I did binge yesterday and I couldnt even walk for minutes ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ but even for my bingeing day I had planned it before... So today I am back to my normal life style (6 meals a day, lots of water and my protein shakes after workouts). It was awesome to eat whatever I wanted and go to M&S and get confused in what to buy ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜, but I love my lifestyle and I love my porridge with eggs in the morning more than anything!!! So today I am starting a new chapter in my life and already getting mentally ready to compete in one of the biggest events of the world!! Arnold Sports Festival in Madrid in September and then the British Finals again in October!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ™Œ LETS DO THIS ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช
