Right before I left for my 3 week holiday vacation, I got a call from my manager on a FRIDAY at 5pm, followed by 2 calls from other co-workers... 😱 I knew something had popped off BUT I didnt answer and decided to find out when I get back to work on January 5th. I just wanted to enjoy my vacation! Sure enough... major changes happened within the sales force that impacts me. Lost all of my MAJOR accounts in MS, TN & AL! 😡 And now I have NC & SC😡 Ive also learned that 2 people quit based on the new territory alignment and the team is unhappy. 😔 While Im not happy about the changes... Im just grateful it wasnt a corporate lay-off! 🙏 Im keeping a positive work attitude for 2015 and I will NOT listen nor participate in disgruntled co-workers because I dont want that to rub off on me. 🙅 Im humbly grateful to have worked for this company for 5 years. Its hard to walk away from a blessing and Im not moving until God says so! So with the help of Him, Im going to soar in NC & SC. I welcome the new challenge.
