Right out of their own mouths. We had no idea how long this has been going on. Its gets worse and worse the more people talk and send things like this. The city is flat out lying. At the meeting last night Chief Falvo said that the dogs are walked and rarely any were killed. He also stated that there is a bucket of treats. Those treats were supplied by RER as is their food. We gave them metal pails to be hung on the cage doors for the water. 3 months and still not hung. Falvo reported that dogs are only fed once a day to cut down on the need to clean the kennels? 24/7 no walks, outside air, no human contact? Doomed to die on day 7 (before we exposed them via blood letting). The least they can do is give them a full belly especially when the food is given to you for free. Over 1000 lbs of food was given to them 3 weeks ago along with chewing items, toys and biscuits. Kong Extremes were purchased and wet food was given so they could be frozen so the dogs had something to do while there to ease their discomfort. The Kongs were thrown away by the daytime ACO as he did not want to clean them. Too busy per Falvo being out on the road writing tickets. The more they open their mouth the more they look like overpaid idiots.
