Right, so after some thinking and discussion with all parties involved: I believe a move is not in order, but with a caveat. Yes, this is a crazy woman I am dealing with, but even with that, I have a great window to pay off my final bill with aggressive payments. It made no sense to drown in $1000/m rent payments and be locked into a 12 month lease on one end and trade in one crazy woman for another on the other end, all while still dealing with almost $9k in debt. All money borrowed will be returned (it wasnt much, but I am a man of my word), and there is a new plan in order. The other opportunity is put on the back burner: Not for lack of desire, but feasibility at the moment. Well see what unfolds, but at this moment I must take action as though the offer isnt on the table...if it is an offer at all. There WILL BE CHANGE, but not at the nuclear level at this point.
