Rio is here for a week for training. He is reactive to certain noises and then will exhibit odd and unpredictable behavior to the sound. He also is a barker to people and dogs that pass their house that he sees. There are some other quirky things that go on... So here we have him in a down stay, off leash and are introducing him to the nerf gun right now and there is listening but no bolting or being scared. He will continue to be desensitized throughout the week with different objects as well as completely e-collar trained, and learn not to avoid correction which I am seeing since he got here. He does sporadically knock over over things out of the blue so I have set up objects around the house in hopes that I can see the behavior here and correct! Rio is a jem and as you can see he is awesome with the kids and settled into our home very quickly :). Already he is responding to training and is doing great!
