Riot just announced some REALLY cool Harrowing news on their site a few minutes ago... including how Officer Vi is going to be a new Harrowing skin! 1) Mystery gifting! You will be able to gift someone a RANDOM skin for champions they own. The ultimate troll or the perfect gift? Its like Russian roulette for skins :P It should be noted that the random skin could be a legendary or ultimate--its random. 2) Harrowing Ward skins are coming back and theyre PERMANENT THIS TIME! Which ward will you go for?
