Rise Up Warrior! by Veronica Kilrain Some of you are in marriages where one believing partner is wounded in the fight. I hear the Spirit of God saying, Rise up Warrior! I saw a picture of a battle field. Soldiers together armed and dangerous and in the fight of their lives. Ambushed and set upon from every side. Yet, this army had a song of victory and the strength of Almighty God on their side. Some of the soldiers were wounded and could not move, injured and in intense pain. Comrades came alongside and helped them to the bunkers where they were put on stretchers and taken care of. Healing and strength was there in the bunker. I believe some of you out there are facing extremely trying times in your marriages. One believing partner is wounded in the fight (faith) and is grounded (spiritually). The pain has been insane for the believing partner that is walking in faith. The trauma of the lies and the words spoken over you have taken it’s toll. You have wanted out! Wanted to run and hide and stop the pain. Your flesh has risen up as you’ve felt almost helpless, defeated in the marriage. The pain you have experienced does not define you! Nor does your past fleshly reactions. There is no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. (Romans 8:1) Don’t give up the dream in your heart for a vibrant happy marriage! Don’t let go of the dreams and the visions you’ve heard the Spirit say and the things you’ve believed for! You are a Warrior! A faith filled, consumed by love, son and daughter of Almighty God! Holy Spirit wants to comfort, exhort and lift you up! Let love rush in and wash away the pain. Lean into the soft and strong arms of your Heavenly Father, He cares for you like no other. His love is eternal, it completes you. He has given you the power to overcome. You are an over-comer! Ephesians 3:19-21 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen Your wife, your husband, will get their breakthrough! Worship is your warfare! When you feel down and out and all seems hopeless, let out a SHOUT! Open your mouth and give God praise. The dark clouds of confusion, fear and defeat will soon blow away! Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom, liberty and life! 2 Corinthians 3:17 Stir up your Spirit man! Stir up the faith deposit within! Stand on the Word and let God have His way. The pain you have experienced does not define you! It’s NOT over! In fact, it’s only the beginning.. RISE UP WARRIOR!
