Rising unemployment exasperated by dodgy FTA agreements which also place downward pressure on wages, frozen superannuation, massive cuts to foreign aid, massive cuts to government agencies and social infrastructure, threats to dismantle Medicare and education funding, a backwards attitude on climate change and a deficit that just keeps blowing out with no plan to bring it under control. I thought Liberal governments main claim to fame was responsible economic management. We have gone from the international standout country of achievement for the way we handled the GFC to international embarrassment because of our regressive position on climate change and stingy reluctance to contribute to international aid. And the deficit just keeps growing. We have become a very different country very quickly for all the wrong reasons because of Tony Abbott and the Liberal Party.
