Ritchie Regional Health Center – Jefferson and Parkersburg South (Wood County), St. Marys (Pleasant County), and Ellenboro (Ritchie County) Campuses are geared up and ready for the beginning of the 2013-2014 school year. The staff realizes that healthy students make better students and we are committed to keep your children healthy and in school. Parent consent forms will be send home the first day of school with your child. This information is pertinent to the health center to obtain updated demographic information, health history and consent to treat your child at the school-based health center. There are currently 88 School-based Health Centers in the state of WV. These centers serve 107 schools in 32 Counties. Also, twenty of these SBHC’s are community health centers too. These centers are open to students, faculty, parents and the community.
