Aside from the fact that there is NO Biblical (or extra-Biblical) support for multiple incursions, I have always maintained that no other angel would risk the judgment that comes from mating with women. Some have challenged that notion by saying that the Fallen Angels dont have fear or remorse for being evil. While that may be true for the generic term evil, it certainly is not true when it comes to the sin of mating with women... at least according to the book of 1 Enoch: And the angels, the sons of heaven, saw and lusted after them, and said to one another: “Come, let us choose us wives from among the children of men and have children with them.” And Semjaza, who was their leader, said to them: “I FEAR you will not agree to do this deed, and I alone shall have to pay the penalty of this GREAT SIN.” – 1 Enoch 6:2-4 Here we see that the leader of the 200 Watchers was fully aware that they were about to commit a GREAT SIN. But they went ahead and did it. Then came the judgment he was afraid of... Then I went and spoke to them all together, and they were ALL AFRAID, and FEAR AND TREMBLING seized them. And they besought me to draw up a petition for them that they might find forgiveness, and to read their petition in the presence of the Lord of heaven. For from thenceforward they could not speak (with Him) nor lift up their eyes to heaven for shame of their sins for which they had been condemned. - Enoch 13:3-5 They were terrified of the coming judgment. Then note what happens to the other angels who saw this: On that day Michael answered Raphael and said: “The power of the spirit grips me and makes me TREMBLE because of the SEVERITY of the secrets, and the judgment of the angels. Who can endure the SEVERE JUDGMENT which has been executed, and before which they melt away?” And Michael answered again, and said to Raphael: “Who would not have a softened heart concerning it, and whose mind would not be troubled by this judgment against them because of those who have led them out?” - 1 Enoch 68:2,3 So, here we see both good and bad angels terrified of the SEVERE judgment that comes from mating with human women. Now watch this: “Therefore all that is hidden shall come on them for ever and ever; for NO OTHER ANGEL or man shall have his portion in this judgment, but THEY ALONE have received their judgment for ever and ever.” - 1 Enoch 68:5 Michael is prophesying that NO OTHER ANGEL will ever be judged for that act again. Based on the context of the previous chapters/verses, the reason is because the hosts of heaven (good and bad) saw how severe that act of disobedience was judged by God. God would not be just if He did not impose the same exact judgment on any other angel who committed the same of sinning against His creation. There is a reason we dont find any other account of angels being judged by God and sent to join their buddies in Tartarus: there was no second incursion!
