Robbery Detectives Need Help Identifying Suspects On September 22, 2014 at 9:25 p.m., an attempted robbery of an individual occurred in the parking lot of Night Trips, located at 3902 S. Sheridan Road. The male victim was walking outside the building when he was approached by a black male, who hit him in the face. The victim fell to the ground as the suspect stated, “give me your money.” The victim was able to get to his feet and run away from the suspect. A second suspect, who is described as a Hispanic or white male, chased the victim as he ran. The victim was able to get away from both suspects. The suspects fled in the below vehicle, prior to officers arriving. Video surveillance captured the suspects and three additional subjects entering the club, prior to the attempted robbery. Suspect’s vehicle: Older model (1996-2002) dark colored Ford Explorer. Suspect #1: Black male, 20-30 yoa. He was wearing a blue and red ball cap, orange shirt and dark colored long shorts. Suspect # 2: Hispanic or white male, 20-30 yoa. He was wearing a dark shirt and dark long shorts with dragons on the back.
