RoboTryst-2014 Sub: Invitation for participation in zonal round of Robo Tryst-2014 in collaboration with IIT-Delhi & Robosapiens Technologies Pvt. Ltd. at University Institute Of Technology, Burdwan. It is our extreme pleasure to inform you that we are going to organize one Workshop Cum Championship on Robotics in associated with IIT-Delhi, entitled “Robo Tryst 2014”, to be held on 20th and 21st February, 2014 at our college campus. Your students and Faculties are cordially invited to attend this workshop for National Robotics Championship, Robotryst-2014, a two days workshop at this event-center will provide unique opportunities to all participants, students and faculties alike, from all over West Bengal in the celebration of knowledge and creative extravagance along with experts from the field of Academics and as well as Industries on Robotics. The duration of this Quad Copter workshop will be of two days (7 to 8 hours each day). The workshop will be delivered by officers of Robosapiens Technologies Pvt. Ltd. In the end, a small competition among the participants of the workshop will be organized, so that, the students get the real feel of competitive environment. The participants can form their groups comprising of 4-5 members. All the participants will be awarded by certificate of participation from Robo Tryst-2014 Tryst IIT-Delhi. Top 3 entries from zonal center would be entitled as the zonal center winners and would be awarded by “Certificate of Merit” and these top 3 teams would be invited to participate at the final round of Robo Tryst-2014 in the month of March at IIT-Delhi. RoboTryst-2014 We would like to invite all of you to join workshop cum championship with UAV Copter. This workshop will be held at the University Institute of Technology, Burdwan from 20th to 21st february 2014. Eligibility Criteria: All engineering, Science, MBA, PhD students and hobbyist of Quad Copter can attend this event, as Robotics has become the backbone of all the industry needs. Certification Policy: 1. Certificate will provide to all the registered participants of RoboTryst-2014Tryst. 2. Top three zonal winners team will participate in Final Round at IIT Delhi. 3. The duration of the workshop will be of 2 days(7-8 hr each day). 4. Students will have to attend the workshop program. Registration Details Registration will start from 1st Feb’14. Registration fee for each candidate is Rs-1250/- and it will be taken by Demand Draft/CASH*. The DD should be drawn in favour of “University Institute Of Technology” payable at Burdwan.
