Rock Hill & Augusta/North Augusta friends- for those of you who dont already know, I will not be going back to Winthrop this semester. It sucks & it wasnt something I wanted at all, but I simply do not have the money right now. I didnt want to take out a bunch of student loans & inquire debt that would loom over me throughout my education like a cloud of doom. So to save money, I will be living at home & attending Georgia Regents University this fall, continuing as an Art Major. I am hoping that I might be able to return to Winthrop later on, but for right now, I think this is whats best for me in my financial situation. Going to GRU will cost me practically a 4th of what it did to attend Winthrop. Although I will miss Winthrop with all my heart, I cant even tell you how bummed I am, I know Georgia Regents has a lot to offer. A huge thank you to everyone that has been a friend to me, helped me, & supported my dreams. I wouldnt have made it this far without you. & while going to school is practically a full time job, I plan on focusing a lot on my music while I am here at home, which is something I couldnt really do in Rock Hill. I have connections here & a pretty good fan base around the area. & once I finish my EP, I think I will definitely be able to go more places. Augusta really does have an amazing music scene! All in all, I am excited for the happenings of this new year. I love you guys & thanks for all the love in return!
