Romans 8:33&34. “Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? - TopicsExpress

Romans 8:33&34. “Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.” (NKJ) These verses are the perfect answer for anyone who is suffering from condemnation and accusations of the devil in their minds. The strongholds of satan are in the mind, the reasonings and imaginations. He will at times torment with accusations because he is the accuser of the brethren. He loves to do it in the middle of the night when we are not at our best to think rationally. These verses are some of the best to remind us that Jesus did it all for us on the cross. It is what you believe not what you do that counts with God. Jesus died for my sins in my place on the cross and He rose victorious the third day. I am justified by His resurrection-it is nothing that I did-it is what I have faith in. I rose with Him 2000 years ago. Jesus ascended into heaven, is seated on the right hand of the Father and ever lives to make intercession for us. I can’t think of anything more wonderful than to have Jesus pray for me all the time. He always gets His prayers answered. We are so beloved by the Father that there is nothing that Jesus asks for us that He will not do. Praise God!
