This highly and strictly Constitutional STATE legislative measure, largely drafted by James Madison and Thomas Jefferson, is designed to lead up to incremental State nullification of ALL UNLAWFUL Federal spending and usurpation of powers that exceed the eighteen limited powers and spending privileges granted to our elected Republican and Democrat public servants under Article I Section 8 of The Constitution. In conjunction our States shall also incrementally nullify all withholding taxes, all employment taxes, all matching employer taxes and all Income Taxes in strict compliance with the findings and rulings of The Supreme Court of The United States regarding the fact that the ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment confers NO NEW TAXES on ANYONE who wasnt taxable before it. ALL highly Constitutional State incremental nullifications shall be enforced by State and Local Law Enforcement agencies, backed by 10 U.S. Code § 311 - UNORGANIZED Militia as REQUIRED by law. All State and Local Law Enforcement personnel and County Sheriff facilitated Constitutional Militia Freedom Forces shall be furnished with a SERIES of Constitution courses so that they procure the knowledge and tools they need to honor their OATH or affirmation to SUPPORT and Defend our Ninth and Tenth Amendment laws against all enemies, both elected and their hired Federal alphabet soup agencies of corruption, tyranny and coercion. The economic boom and jobs sprouting from the restoration of our Ninth and TENTH Amendment laws and enforcing compliance by our usurping Federal public servants of Supreme Court rulings regarding Income Taxes will cause a major problem for our local hometown and city small businessmen attempting to build enough manufacturing plants and manning them to keep up with the massive additional demand by the American Middle Class whose weekly TAKE HOME paychecks will be nearly doubled in size without any wage or salary increases, other than those caused as the result of natural free market forces. The American Middle Class will become very independently wealthy and powerful. Theres no argument over the choice between peace and war, but theres only one guaranteed way you can have peace—and you can have it in the next second—surrender. Admittedly, theres a risk in any course we follow other than this, but every lesson of history tells us that the greater risk lies in appeasement, and this is the specter our well-meaning so-called Conservative friends who claim they are on our side refuse to face—that their policy of accommodation is appeasement, and it gives no choice between peace and war, only between fight or surrender. If we continue to accommodate, continue to back and retreat, eventually we have to face the final demand—the ultimatum. And what then—when President Barry Soetaro has told his people he knows what our answer will be? He has told them that were retreating under the pressure of the American Middle Class economic collapse, and someday when the time comes to deliver the final ultimatum, our surrender will be voluntary, because by that time we will have been weakened from within spiritually, morally, and economically. He believes this because from our side hes heard voices pleading for peace at any price or better Red than dead, or as one commentator put it, hed rather live on his knees than die on his feet.
