Rough weekend here.... Saturday morning Steven fell at home and hurt his back - his sciatica was acting up for the past few days and was bad to begin with. I managed to get him up off the floor using brains not brawn - theres no way I can physically lift him.... and then down to the car from the 3rd floor, and we went to the ER. His blood pressure was skyrocketed to 205/102 when we arrived because of the pain. So they gave him an injection of Toradol and one of Norflex (pain shot and a muscle relaxant) .... as his pain got better his BP went back to normal and they sent us home.... and tomorrow I have to work on getting him in to see a neuro/pain doc urgently. Today he can hardly move and only feels comfortable when laying down. I need lots of positive thoughts..... mostly for him to feel better, but also patience please for me.... and in the midst of all this, we got an offer on our condo and are waiting with fingers and toes crossed for a signed contract either today or tomorrow. And I am very thankful that my daughter is still home for another month.
