This is our second time to ask for your help in finding the right staff for Heartlight, our residential counseling center for struggling teens. Because of your great help last time, Im asking again as we are still looking for a few good men and women to join our team. Would you be willing to help me by just sharing this post? As you know, apart from the speaking, writing, and radio, I am the Executive Director of Heartlight Ministries, a residential home for struggling teens that my wife and I founded 27 years ago. Were always looking for young, mature, engaging single folks who have a passion to spend a year working and living in-house with the 60 kids who reside with us. Were NOT looking for unmotivated, irresponsible, lounge lizards whose immaturity keeps them from finding a real job. We ARE looking for responsible, young men and women who are motivated to take initiative, and be deliberate about making a difference in the life of a teen. Theyve got to love the Lord, love kids, and desire to jump at the opportunity to not only do a job, but share their life in our Heartlight community.
