Rowland Madu: Many people uptil now have not understood that politics is a game and centered on interest and not mainly name of party. APGA will win in lagos if they have the same interest with APC there. As it stands today in the southeast, igbos are comfortable with either PDP or APGA because we have a say in both parties unlike in APC. The problem of APC is that they just need power without ajenda for the people. Uptil now, no APC stalwart has been able to tell Igbos their benefits or positions in the party. So people dont understand yet the real mission of APC and the religious sentiments they adopted in the signatories to their merger certificates have dampened the interest of many christians across the country. As it stands today, APGA or PDP is taking Imo state come 2015 regardless of how Rochas performs if he fails to go back to any of these two parties before then. Ngige lost mainly because where his interest is, is different from where the interest of the majority are at the moment. Conduct this election ten times, he would loose.
